Be part of a dynamic team at SpringBrook Community of Onalaska, where your work directly supports and enriches our residents’ daily lives. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join us as Caregivers, CNAs, and Medication Technicians, providing care for our assisted living residents.

  • Full Time or Part Time | Days, Evening, and Nights available
  • Shift times include:
    • Days: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
    • Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
    • NOC 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide support with personal care tasks including laundry, bathing, dressing, medication administration, and other daily living activities
• Foster positive, meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Address resident needs quickly while maintaining a kind and respectful approach
• Assist nursing staff with assigned duties and support as needed

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED, preferred
• Previous experience in senior care, caregiving, or a related field, preferred
• CNA certification, preferred
• Medication technician certification, a plus

Shift Differentials: 

• Evening Shift: +$2.00/hour
• Night Shift: +$3.00/hour
• Weekends: +$1.00/hour
