We are currently recruiting for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for our Rocky Mount, NC Family Medicine group practice.

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. This is an opportunity to practice "full-spectrum" medicine, treating neighbors of all ages in a setting where your work directly impacts the health and equity of a rural population.

As an FNP in our Rocky Mount clinic, you won't just be "seeing patients"—you’ll be building the foundation of health for entire families. You will manage a diverse clinical panel, ranging from pediatric wellness to complex geriatric chronic disease management.

• Comprehensive Care: Provide outpatient services for patients of all ages (pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics). Adult medicine focus is also welcomed.
• Rural Health Leadership: Address the unique challenges of rural healthcare, including social determinants of health and chronic disease prevalence.
• Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a dedicated team of Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, and support staff committed to a patient-centered medical home model.
• Preventative Focus: Lead initiatives in screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling to improve long-term community outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of primary care experience required, no new grads considered
• Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
• State licensure and board certification is required
