Job Description

We are currently looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our well-established family medicine practice in Danville, CA within the multispecialty network known as BASS Medical Group .

• Our practice offers a collegial environment with 5 family medicine physicians, 1 internal medicine physician, 2 physician assistants, and 3 nurse practitioners who are supported by experienced MAs, scribes, and administrative staff
• We are looking for an advanced practitioner that would like to plant roots in the community and stay with our practice long-term, as we pride ourselves on having an exceptional team culture, and many of our providers and staff have been in the practice for 10-15+ years
• This role would divide time between our main primary care office (where you would see patients of all ages for the full breadth of primary care services) and our walk-in clinic (for immediate care services)
• Offering flexible part-time or full-time schedules with clinic hours Monday-Friday, no evenings.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of primary care experience is required.
• State licensure and board certification are required.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
• Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills.

The salary range for this role is $82.50 - $92.00/hour in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
