We are seeking a vibrant, outgoing Front Office Specialist to join our team and serve as the welcoming heart of our practice. As our frontline ambassador, you will effortlessly balance administrative precision, such as managing schedules and coordinating insurance, with deeply empathetic patient engagement. Position Duties:

  • Greet, check in/out patients;
  • Answer multi-line phone system;
  • Schedule patient appointments;
  • Create and maintain electronic patient charts;
  • Cashier and assist patients with supplies;
  • Fax and scan documents;
  • and perform other administrative/office tasks as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • High School diploma or earned GED.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience where administrative/office work is consistently performed.
  • Experience with appointment scheduling and patient care is preferred.

Hours & Compensation:

  • Full-time Work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
  • Compensation: From $18.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
