LifeStance Health is actively seeking talented Licensed Mental Health Therapists in the Greater Mishawaka area who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Position Highlights
- Part-time opportunity with a 15-20 hour weekly commitment
- In-person availability strongly preferred ; minimum 50% in-office presence required to support community partner needs
- Telehealth and in-office appointments are both supported, provided the clinician is working from the branch location to ensure hybrid patient access
- Must be available to attend new hire training Monday-Thursday
- Open to candidates with up to a 45-day start timeline
- Willingness to participate in shared office space arrangements is required

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Licensed Therapists that are:
- Fully licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Indiana.
- We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
- This is a Hybrid Role.
